We were in unit #8. It was very clean. The gentleman at the window was very pleasant and welcoming. Horizontal parking available directly in front of the unit. Location, location, location! Walking distance to food, gas, and many other services. Loved the neighborhood!

The staff were very nice, they even gave us a bigger room on the second day and the cleaning lady did a great job. Plus it was always easy to get supplies.

Couple was quite accommodating in making sure I had everything I meeded for my overnight stay. Only problem I had was not be able to use the shower bc there were no bars. But other than that, my stay was very delightful in all respects.

The grounds were clean, and it was quiet. I felt safe there the parking was ok. It's across from a trader Joe's and a diner as well as just up the block from a lot of nice restaurants.

This is a great little motel. Bed very comfortable but the room was all bed! That was okay really but definitely lacked space if that is important to you. I was okay with it. Parking very close to room. Great local food options. Budget price and I definitely recommend it.

The Eagle Rock neighborhood location worked very well for my plans. There is a Trader Joe's across the street, several good nearby restaurants, overall the location and the price were the selling points. Wi-fi was surprisingly great here - fast and reliable connectivity. AC was cold and cooled the small room quite fast.

The location is very good for everything in Los Angeles, There is a very nice family stile restaurant (even flying the Pride flag) just across the street. The motel itself is small and family-run. very freindly staff.
